With hotels and inns throughout Waterton Lakes National Park to accommodate every couples dream and all of their guests. Our groups coordinator will be more than happy to help you set up excellent group rates and booking options.

If you are looking something a little less traditional, our groups coordinator will help you secure permits for a variety of beautiful and unique wedding locations throughout Waterton Lakes National Park.
The Pioneer and Prairie rooms share a private foyer and are separated by a sound resistant divider. Each room is spacious and ideal for small to medium celebrations. An individual room can seat up to 45 people, both rooms combined can seat 120 people total. They also share a large patio.
The upstairs dining room at Vimy’s Lounge & Grill can be reserved for private parties of 20 to 40 people and boasts spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Rental fee includes the use of the Mountain View Patio in the summer months only. The space can accommodate 20 people only in a U-shape setting.
Situated off the upper level of Vimy’s Lounge & Grill, the Mountain View Patio has glass side enclosures to protect against wind and allows unobstructed views of the mountains sur rounding the area. It is an intimate and spectacular space for groups of 15 or less. The use of the patio is weather permitting. When combined with Vimy’s Upper Dining Lounge seating for ceremony is increased to 50 chairs. Please note some guests will be seated indoors.
Located on the outside grounds of Waterton Lakes Lodge Resort, opposite the Vimy’s patio the Beargrass Field can seat up to 100 seated guests or 250 standing guests. With your choice of Vimy’s or the Crandell and Bertha mountains in the background, this is a magical setting for your outdoor ceremony.
Kilmorey Lodge Lawn is your premiere Lake front Ceremony site. Located on Emerald Bay, our sheltered cove backdrop with direct view of Prince of Wales make for stunning photos. Use the built in gazebo or choose from one of many portable arches on the lawn. Kilmorey Lodge Lawn can accommodate up to 80 guests.
With a gorgeous lake front view of Emerald Bay with the historic Prince of Whales hotel in the background. The Kilmorey Dining Room & Patio can accommodate 80 guest inside the dining room and another 70 guests on the patio. The Dining Room & Patio must be rented together.
The Kilmorey Lodge is the newest hotel in Waterton. Boasting a modern, rustic interior and large, comfortable rooms with incredible views of Emerald Bay and the Prince of Whales in the Lake View Suites. With the Kilmorey Dining Room & Pub on site, you'll never have to leave.
Waterton Lakes Lodge Resort is an 80 suite, full service hotel located in the heart of Waterton Park. The lodge boasts numerous amenities and several different room types, most with recent upgrades and renovations, all within walking distance to hiking, wildlife viewing, outdoor water park, pool & hot tub, golfing, horseback riding, biking and much more.
Crandell Mountain Lodge has been welcoming guests to the park since 1940 and is Waterton’s most charming accommodations. The lodge is located in the heart of the town-site and combines the character of a bed and breakfast with the comfort of a lodge. Crandell is the perfect spot for those seeking a unique, mountain lodge experience.
Aspen Village offers Waterton’s widest variety of accommodation types, ranging from traditional hotel rooms to private cottage family suites. Many of the rooms have been recently renovated and all guests staying at Aspen Village will also be granted access to the indoor pool and hot tub at the Waterton Lakes Lodge Resort.
With lakeside views beneath the majestic sights of Waterton, the Kilmorey Restaurant boasts a large dining patio, ideal for summertime dinners or enjoying a cold pint of beer while sitting on the best patio in Waterton. Inside the ambience is fine dining at its best, enjoy a glass of wine from our extensive wine list, chosen to subtly pair with every dish on our menu.
The Restuarant can seat up to 80 guests and the Lake Side Patio can seat 70 guests.
Our Buffet menu is perfect for groups of 20 or more. Guests may also order off a limited seasonal Vimy’s Lounge & Grill menu, conditions apply. We are happy to customize a menu unique to your event for an additional fee. A 20% gratuity and 5% GST will be added to all food and beverage services. Offsite buffet style catering is also available for an additional $600 plus 5%GST and 20% gratuity between June 1st and September 15th or $450 plus 5%GST and 20% gratuity. Between September 16th and May 31st.

Pizza of Waterton can seat up to 50 guests and the patio can seat up to 40 guests.
